This project reflects the professional experience of REGIBUD's engineering team gained throughout their careers, prior to the establishment of the company.
Project Overview
The Residential Complex is a multi-phase residential development comprising five 12-storey buildings with a total gross floor area of approximately 42,500 m². REGIBUD assumed responsibility for the project after construction had already commenced, providing Construction & Project Management services to coordinate the completion of the development through multiple delivery phases. Beyond the residential buildings, the project included the construction of comprehensive engineering infrastructure, utility networks and landscaped public spaces, transforming the site into a fully operational residential community.

The project was delivered under continuously changing conditions over an extended construction period.
The main challenge was maintaining consistent project progress while coordinating multiple construction phases, numerous contractors and complex engineering works.
Throughout delivery, the project successfully adapted to significant external challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, construction cost inflation, disruptions to material supply chains and major changes to regional logistics caused by the war in Ukraine.
These circumstances required continuous replanning, flexible procurement strategies and close coordination between all project participants to maintain construction momentum.
The project has been progressively delivered through phased construction, with completed sections successfully commissioned and occupied while the final phase remains under development.
The project demonstrates REGIBUD's ability to take responsibility for complex developments at any stage of delivery, establishing structured project management, coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities and consistently driving the project towards successful completion.
