Project Overview
This project reflects the experience of the current REGIBUD team in the construction of a major oil extraction plant in Chornomorsk, Ukraine. Working on behalf of the main contractor, the team participated in the delivery of several key production facilities, including process buildings, utility infrastructure and reinforced concrete foundations for critical process equipment.
- Reinforced concrete foundations for the extractor and toaster units
- Construction of the Oil Extraction Building
- Construction of an elevator for storing oilseed meal
- Construction of the Boiler House
- Construction of a Dehulling and Hull Separation plant, including work on a reinforced concrete foundation (structural frame, precast concrete columns, wall panels and roofing)
- Construction of a complex Oil Separation Facility
The project involved the construction of multiple industrial facilities with different structural systems and strict geometric tolerances. Particular attention was required for the reinforced concrete foundations supporting heavy process equipment, as well as for the coordination of structural works within an operating industrial development.
The assigned construction scope was successfully completed in accordance with the project requirements, contributing to the delivery of one of Ukraine's major oilseed processing facilities. The project demonstrates the team's experience in industrial construction, reinforced concrete structures, and complex process facilities.
