Project Overview
This project reflects the experience of the current REGIBUD team in the construction of the Hotel Odessa, a landmark hospitality development with a total gross floor area of approximately 26,800 m². Acting as a subcontractor, the team delivered interior finishing works and external landscaping as part of the hotel's construction.
- External landscaping and paving works around the building
- Floor screeds and ceramic floor tiling
- Internal wall plastering, skim coating and painting
- Ceiling finishing works
- Interior finishing of the lobby bar
- Interior finishing works on Levels 1–4
Key technical challenge was work on the innovative waterproofing system at the junction of the building's foundation and external paving. The solution was carefully implemented to ensure the disappearance and technological effectiveness of green areas while maintaining product quality standards.
The assigned scope of landscaping and interior finishing works was successfully completed in accordance with the project requirements, contributing to the delivery of one of Odessa's most recognizable waterfront hotels. The project demonstrates the team's experience in delivering high-quality architectural finishing works and solving technically demanding construction details.
