Project Overview
This project reflects the experience of the current REGIBUD team in the phased construction of the Odessa Grain Terminal, one of the key grain export facilities at the Port of Odesa. Acting as a subcontractor during Phases I–III, the team delivered reinforced concrete structures, foundations for grain handling equipment, underground engineering facilities, administrative buildings and site infrastructure.
- Earthworks and site grading
- Reinforced concrete foundations for grain storage silos and conveyor galleries
- Bucket elevator boot pits (deep reinforced concrete equipment pits with waterproofing protection)
- Reinforced concrete foundations for grain receiving stations
- Reinforced concrete foundations for railway weighbridges
- Reinforced concrete stormwater caisson and drainage channels at the port entrance
- Construction of the Administration Building
- External site development and landscaping around the Administration Building
The project required precise construction of deep reinforced concrete foundations and underground structures for grain handling equipment. Particular attention was given to the waterproofing of bucket elevator boot pits and underground caissons to protect the facilities against groundwater infiltration and ensure reliable long-term operation. Strict dimensional and elevation tolerances were maintained throughout all phases of construction to accommodate the installation of specialized grain handling equipment.
The assigned construction scope was successfully completed during Phases I–III of the terminal development, contributing to the delivery of one of Ukraine's major grain export facilities. The project demonstrates the team's expertise in reinforced concrete construction, industrial foundations, underground engineering structures and port logistics infrastructure.
