Project Overview

This project was delivered by REGIBUD through its own multidisciplinary team, integrating project management, engineering, and construction under a single responsibility.

The reconstruction of VST Gas Station No. 63 involved engineering coordination, contractor management, construction supervision, quality assurance, schedule control, and project execution throughout all stages of delivery. Despite a challenging market environment and significant fluctuations in material prices, the project was completed on schedule and within the agreed budget.

  • Development of detailed design documentation, including construction drawings and technical specifications.
  • Replacement of the fuel handling system, including underground fuel pipelines, pumps and fuel dispensers.
  • Major structural reconstruction of the building, including installation of panoramic glazing, reconfiguration of the internal layout, and creation of new openings in load-bearing walls with structural steel reinforcement.
  • Complete roof replacement, including demolition of the existing roof structure and installation of a new roofing system.
  • Installation of new building engineering systems, including electrical, plumbing, heating and fire alarm systems.
  • Facade reconstruction, including demolition of the existing facade and installation of a new facade system.
  • External site improvements, including replacement of asphalt pavement and pedestrian paving, installation of illuminated curbs in the client's corporate identity, and construction of a new outdoor lighting system.
  • Maintaining uninterrupted fuel station operations throughout the reconstruction while ensuring safety and efficient project execution.
  • Executing major structural modifications to the existing building, including new openings in load-bearing walls with structural steel reinforcement.
  • Coordinating multiple engineering disciplines within a compressed construction schedule.
  • Managing procurement and costs under a fixed-price contract despite significant fluctuations in material prices.

The reconstruction of VST Gas Station No. 63 was successfully completed in accordance with the approved design documentation, on schedule and within the agreed budget.

The project delivered a modernized fuel station with upgraded engineering systems, a redesigned facade, improved functionality and a fully renovated surrounding area.
